2010 WSOP Circuit Eastern Regional Championship Won By Chris Bell
2010’s last big poker event began Sunday and it was the Eastern Regional Championship, which took place at Harrah’s Atlantic City. There were a total of 136 players that took part in this event, all hoping to get a guaranteed seat for the May 2011 National Championship finals. Besides this seat, the winner of the event also got a prize of $358,295.
There were plenty of well known poker players here and among them were Katchalov (15th), Ramdin (12th) or Beth Shak (11th). Waxman, even though he got his spot at the National Championship event was hoping to make his mark here as well, but he only got 10th place unfortunately.
Chris Bell was the winner of the final table in the end and he received a gold Championship ring and a prize of $358,295 as a reward. We will see him at Caesars Palace National Championship on May 27th. Chris Klodnicki got the second place and he took home $221,452.
